Primary: Hospitalization for acute pancreatitis, Incident hospitalization for acute pancreatitis recorded in either physician or hospital databases with the following ICD codes: ICD-9: 577.0 ICD-10: K85.0, K85.1, K85.2, K85.3, K85.8, and K85.9 in the primary \[or most responsible\] or secondary position, including post-admission diagnoses), Patients were followed from the date of study cohort entry until hospitalization for incident acute pancreatitis, censoring, or for up to 87 months. |
